He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT field: from data management to a full blown data driven websites; design and write code to enhance new and existing strategic applications such as client database, administrative, and accounting applications. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of twenty five operating multiple businesses.

Mai graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College and a Master in Finance from Argosy University. She has more than fifteen years in business management, sales, marketing, and financial services endeavors. She has been an entrepreneur since the age of twenty operating multiple business and investments.

Becky has an Ed.S in instructional design from Indiana University and a mini-MBA in nonprofit management from the University of St. Thomas. She has over 30 years of experience in helping nonprofit organizations develop their capacity to carry out their mission, and has received numerous national and regional awards for volunteering in the community. She also has 15 years of experience in technical writing and software testing in the IT field.

Cheurekai graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration. He has more than 32 years of sales and marketing experience. Cheurekai started his first business at the age of 13.

Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Education & Business from St. Cloud State University. He offers more than 33 years of sales, marketing, recruiting, training, and building businesses experience. Jim has play leadership roles since 1975: four years on the Wrestling Team - Two years as captain; 28 years in building a successful Amway business with 14 years as Diamond Direct at Amway.

Toua graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota – Duluth, Duluth, MN. Toua has sixteen years’ experience in performing system integration, analysis, design and implementation of software applications for various business entities including corporate tax accounting, human resources, information security, technical support, and data center.

Ron has served as Managing Director of Southbridge Business Resources since 1990. Southbridge is a boutique management group with a primary focus in management services and merger/acquisition representation. He has experience in a broad spectrum of business disciplines in both public and private sectors: manufacturing & distribution, health services, energy, environmental, technology driven products, real estate, marketing, and non-profits.
