Students will be able to learn practical skills that have been overlooked in many school curricula, many times as a result of budget cuts. Kids in the program will learn graphic design, photography, videography, communication skills, how to work as a team, journalism and how to meet deadlines. This will be hands-on education and many studies show kids tend to absorb skills more readily when they are allowed to explore them in real-life scenarios.
