Spencer worked with Mark to bring Gauge to life by introducing technology that expanded methodologies to define insights that can be used for collective measurement, matching and appraisals, whilst ensuring aspects such as social media were imbedded. Spencer is previously a head of digital and MD from the media sector. He specialises in conceptulising and delivering consumer focused propositions for companies; Diageo, ABInBev and major brands.

Mark was originally trained in the use of talent profiling when he was the Sales and Marketing director for Milton Bradley (MB) responsible for developing teams and strategies. They used talent profiling across the whole organisation and all departments at every level. Mark has over 30 years experience of using vector analysis based talent profiling and has compiled his own insight and profile structures since 1976.
