Mr. Steve Hansen has a range of skills and experiences in staff management and project management gained over many years in different industries. These include the areas of hospitality, telecommunications and defense force training. Mr Hansen formed Oztech Industries Pty Ltd in 1991, a R&D company that contracted to GM Australia. Since the sale of Oztech, Mr. Hansen has been offering his services as a business consultant and project manager.

Mr Chris Prause has 20 years of experience in the electronics sector he has developed a strong background in Project Controls, Project Management, electronic’s design and manufacturing processes. In 1999, Mr. Prause established Cridet Technologies. This involved consulting in contract administration, project management, project controls, electronic design and manufacturing services to many different industries.
