Gardens to Hospitals grew out of the need for a solution to bolster the hospital food system with supply that’s fresh, sustainable and promotes health in the surrounding community.

Our turn-key farming solution supplies hospitals with fresh, organic produce and positions them as a leader in healthcare. Our sustainable revenue model is rooted in the hospitals commitment to a 10-year purchase agreement and the G2H nutritional programming.

    Mark Griffin is a passionate natural products “ecopreneur” with over 20 years of proven success in the areas of company start-ups, strategic planning, operations and brand management.
     
    1995 - 1997 Mark was Trader Joe’s Senior Buyer playing a key role in the expansion of Trader Joe’s East Coast Operations.

    1997 - 2013 Mark founded Lisa's Kitchen, an organic food brand which sold in November of 2013.
