As a founding member and a past owner of a two successful multimillion dollar Moving businesses, his entrepreneurial experience with business growth and expansion has been invaluable in developing resources and relationships to start GarbageMan. Andrew is 43, married to Missy for 20 years and has two children. He brings creativity, ideas and direction to the organization.

Previously, Mr. Marik was a Regional Sales Manager for a national transportation company and was ranked among the top sales producers in the nation. Steve was instrumental in creating and maintaining the delivery system for presenting GarbageMan’s value system to consumers. Steve is 41, married to Jennifer for 7 years and has two children. Mr. Marik’s current role in our company is consumer sales, marketing and overseeing our sales team.

James Czajkowski’ primary responsibility is to generate and support GarbageMan business expansion through the National Hauler Network. Mr. Czajkowski joined GarbageMan in 2010 after an extensive background in sales and finance as an Advisory Sales Consultant and Finaincial Representative with ING and Northwestern Mutual.
