Dr. Robbins earned his PhD from Iowa State University in Chemical Engineering. Lanny worked for The Dow Chemical Company for 37 years achieving the highest level in science and technology within Dow. Lanny has over 17 patents and is a member of the National Academy of Engineers. Lanny is engaged in the process on a regular basis. His guidance and participation have resulted in specific process improvements.

Dr. Joseph Affholter earned his PhD in molecular pharmacology from Stanford University. Joe has worked in the biotechnology field for over 25 years. Joe co-invented and developed "molecular breeding" platform technology. He helped Maxygen license it to other companies. Joe has developed the “bioadaptive supplementation” concept, GANTEC's platform technology. He is the Dow Endowed Chair on Entrepreneurship at Saginaw Valley State University.

Richard A. Olson is a co-founder of GANTEC Inc. He currently serves as President and CEO of GANTEC. In this role, he functions as operational coordinator and chief executive officer for the company.
Mr. Olson worked for 24 years with The Dow Chemical Company in the environmental health and safety area, He is a graduate of Augustana College with a B.A. in Chemistry. He earned his M.S. in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota.
