For over 13 years, Mr. Provence has represented and counseled numerous businesses, from startups to publicly traded companies, and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating supply, employment and licensing contracts.

Mr. Ray is President and owner of North Star Health Products, a master distributor of Home Health Care products based in North Brunswick, NJ. He has over 28 years experience in this field. Mr. Ray has attended domestic and international trade shows for over 30 years as an exhibitor and buyer. As an exhibitor, he has had full responsibility for all aspects of the event he has attended trade expos in many of the largest venues in the world.

Mr. Harvie has a technology background spanning over 25 years, offering insight into how to best utilize technology to provide the most efficient systems to companies spanning industries from financial to manufacturing to real estate. Mr. Harvie currently acts as President and managing director of Pinnadyne Inc. In 1998, while programming systems at Prudential Insurance. He has also worked in all aspects of technology for multiple companies.

Mr. Wheeler has over 21 years in event planning and convention center operations. Mr. Wheeler began his career in the convention industry on the logistics side of the business. He managed all aspects of the business for Sodexho Marriot where he orchestrated thousands of events to include several presidential caliber gala’s. Mr. In 2009 Mr. Wheeler joined Pinnadyne Inc a managed technology service provider as its Vice President and Investor.

Ms. Varga has 10 years of Investment Banking transaction experience, working with public and private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices and high net worth individuals. Ms. Varga has been involved in Initial and Secondary Public Offerings, Reverse Public Offerings, Private Placement and Private Placements in Public Equity (PIPES), Mergers and Acquisitions across a mixture of sectors, including Information Technology and Media.

Mr. Wheeler has 40 years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Mr. Wheeler was a co-founder of the Albany County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Empire State Society of Association Executives, serving on both boards as well as the boards of numerous other industry related and community groups. He serves on community boards including the Saratoga Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Preservation Foundation.
