Mr. Greg S. Faulk has over 20 years of experience in both the construction arts as a Navy Construction Engineering Aide (Civil) and in hospitality as his family has been in the restaurant business his entire life. Superior in construction methods and project management he will form the pivotal role as project designer, controller and overseer.

Mr. Patrick Johnson, born and raised in Northumberland, North East England, a charismatic, friendly and roughed part of the country. He has more than 15 years of experience in the management field. He is a 5 Star PADI dive instructor and will be responsible for all resort operations starting with day one and is ready to make the move.

Mr. Paul A. Kammeyer has more than 30 years of business experience ranging from technical support to customer service to commercial / residential real estate sales throughout the United States and Belize. Having served as the broker for Belize Shores Realty for more than 6 years, he has the offshore experience needed to market and close these properties.
