I commenced in the drilling industry as a mechanic in January 1988; later became a driller and then moved into supervisory and management positions. Worked in many different places, including Australia, Malaysia, Myanmar and PNG. I have been in various parts of Africa since 1997, with about 10 years of that time in Ghana where I successfully established a small drilling company in a now-dissolved partnership. My ambition is to expand globally.
