  • Dr. Donald A. Anderson, Ph.D.
    CEO

    Dr. Anderson is a biomedical engineer at the University of Iowa, where he is an Associate Professor in Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and in Biomedical Engineering. He has passionately pursued development of this technology from its inception nearly a decade ago, and successfully secured federal funding to support its development to this point.

  • Dr. Thaddeus P. Thomas, Ph.D.

    Dr. Thad Thomas received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering for his work in developing many of the algorithms that drive FxRedux. With an expertise in image analysis and orthopaedic computational modeling, Dr. Thomas will provide FxRedux Solutions with valuable technical support. Currently, Dr. Thomas is a civilian scientist at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory’s Weapons and Material Research Directorate.

  • Dr. Thomas D. Brown, Ph.D.

    Dr. Brown is a Professor in Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Iowa, where he holds the Richard and Janice Johnston Chair of Orthopaedic Biomechanics, and directs the Orthopaedic Biomechanics Laboratory. He brings about 35 years of practical experience in developing novel engineering techniques applicable to orthopaedic problems.

  • Dr. Matthew Frank, Ph.D.

    Dr. Frank is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Iowa State University. He is the director of the Rapid Manufacturing and Prototyping Laboratory at ISU and is the inventor of CNC-RPbio, a rapid prototyping process using CNC machining. His expertise in Rapid Prototyping, Manufacturing and CAD/CAM automation enables implant manufacturing.

  • Dr. J. Lawrence Marsh, M.D.

    Dr. Marsh is an orthopaedic trauma surgeon at the University of Iowa, where he is a Professor, the Carroll B. Larson Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery, and the Director of the Orthopaedic Residency Training Program at UIHC. He provides the clinical expertise necessary for this project and will work with other members of the team to ensure that the products and delivery are designed in ways to be of maximal utility to surgeons.

    Joe Provorse received his MBA in Spring 2011 from the Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa. Before returning to school, he worked for Trumpet Capital Management as a technical analyst and business operations specialist. Mr. Provorse manages the business operations and financial dealings of the organization.
