Filipe is Co-Founder of FXQ Engineering Group and earned a B.S. in Economics from Bentley University, and completed undergraduate work at the London School of Economics. In a prior role, Filipe was Co-Founder and COO of a financial services firm, turning it into a successful multi channel international sales network that secured over $85 Million in contracts from over 3,000 clients in 3.5 years.

Kyu is Co-Founder of FXQ Engineering Group and earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University at NYU. Kyu has a successful track record as an entrepreneur, specifically with taking innovative projects from the lab to the marketplace. In a prior role he patented and developed the generator technology for a wind turbine manufacturer that he co-founded. The company successfully markets these turbines throughout Asia.

Jun received his BS in Transportation Engineering and MS/Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University in 2006 and 2010 respectively. Jun is a Presidential Fellow in the Department of Earth and Environmental Engineering at Columbia University. He has authored and co-authored more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals as well as international conferences, most of which are highly cited.

Joe is currently a partner at Loeb & Loeb, LLP and represents startup to mature public companies, private equity and venture capital funds, and investment banks in a wide range of corporate, finance, M&A and securities law matters. He has advised company management and top investment banks in raising over $3 billion in IPOs and follow-on offerings of equity and debt, including many foreign companies in their U.S. public offerings.

Suzy is a Professor of International Finance in the MBA program at UC Davis. She also serves as CFO at LanzaTech. In addition she has 15+ years experience working at Chevron where she served as Director of International Financing, Director of Budgeting and Forecasting, and Controller. Suzy earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis and earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

Sam has over 10 years experience in research and development at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. His experience includes design, fabrication, and testing under NASA contracts. Sam currently holds 10 patents under JPL/Caltech. He earned his BS in Engineering Physics from UC Berkeley, MS in heat transfer from Purdue University, MS and PhD from UCLA.

Lucy is currently a Sr. Patent Analyst at a major Bio-pharmaceutical company. She is also the former chair of the Patent Information Users Group (PIUG), making her a recognized international figure in the patent user community. In a prior role she was the team leader of the Intellectual Property Management Program at ExxonMobil. Lucy obtained her BS in Chemistry from Wheaton College and is currently pursuing and MS at Quinnipiac University.
