I am developing an spreadsheet model (would be converted to an application) that create a financial forecast that include the most important investment appraisals such as net preset value, IRR, ARR and more methods. The algorithm will create a forecast from the expected cash flows to information regarding future yields. I believe this may help the decision making process of both consumers and agents as a financial consideration regarding their investment can be visually seen by consumers or agents without the depth in the financial investments area. I need help in building a more structured foundation by gaining the interest of investors first before involving any funds for development.
