Mike became CEO and founder of Future Labs Group in 2010 after an acclaimed role as Director of IT at Mid Essex NHS Trust. During his tenure the Trust deployed 35 Clinical Projects from complex pathology and PACS systems to core data centre design including the most advanced Wi-Fi network of its time. He won "Manager of the Year" in 2008 and was the only Interim Director to ever earn this accolade.

Nick Case is an FCA with extensive experience of working with early stage businesses in a Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer role. Most recently he was CFO and Corporate Finance Director at 2degrees Limited, an Oxford based business that has built the world’s first global community for sustainable business.

Phil has extensive experience of high technology industries. He started with co-founding a software business and subsequently spent 18 years until 2002 at Hewlett Packard in various senior positions, most recently as chairman and managing director of Hewlett Packard, UK and Ireland.
