Christian's background in management, training, and culture creation has created a dynamic team environment. He holds Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from Oakland University. His background in the scientific process benefits managing business reports, forecasts, and budgets that a business degree would provide. Christian’s creative vision delivers an end-user experiences beyond each client's expectations.

Glen was an entrepreneur at an early age. Glen's has degrees from Lake Superior State University in engineering and business. Glen has implemented significant policy, design, licensing and IT changes in his professional career. Glen's activity in the community include President of the Pontiac Downtown Business Association, which has seen explosive growth so far in 2011, and a Winning Futures mentor program for Grade 9 at the Pontiac High school.

Elaina brings her talent with curriculum development and content to complete the offerings of FHDnet. Her previous history in developing and marketing educational software in a previous company is being leveraged. Elaina also operates Mobile Comply and is a leader on the Mobile Technology Association and the Connected Vehicles Society.
