Zhou Hai Bin is responsible for executing the sales strategy, leading our business development efforts and managing recruitment. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaoton University in 1999 with a degree in Business Management, and has over 10 years experience as a manager in China, during which time he worked for Beijing Sanming Group and China Top Communication Co., Ltd.

Greg Lepkoff is responsible for managing the building of our Futu brand, establishing relationships with potential customers, and expanding the reach of our business in our targeted markets. Greg graduated Binghamton University with a degree in Chinese Modern History and Culture. He has been building relationships in China for the past 3.5 years and is fluent in Mandarin.

Eric graduated Emory University's Goizueta Business School in 2008 with a BA in Finance and Organization & Management. Post graduation, Eric took a position in the Leveraged Finance group in Wachovia's Investment Bank (now Wells Fargo Securities). As an analyst, Eric focused on origination and execution of LBO's, restructurings, various debt market capital raises as well as company credit analysis. Eric is moving to China after raising capital.

Rob Stryker is the Vice President of Operations. Graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2006, Rob arrived in China in 2009 has been heavily involved as a consultant for companies and investors looking to perform due-diligence on the agriculture industry in China. Rob has visited farms throughout China and brings numerous sales contacts to the Company. Rob is fluent in Mandarin.

Professor Ming Jiu Kang is the Chief Scientist of Futu, and will be responsible for communicating our fertilizer’s effectiveness to farmers and preparing our sales force to be knowledgeable about our product offerings. As an accomplished professor at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science for over 40 years, Professor Ming has extensive industry knowledge that will help guide our decision-making.

Wang Chang Jiang will be the first sales Vice President of the company. He has over 20 years of sales management experience in China, providing the management team with a verifiable historical record of sales. Chang Jiang also engineered a sale of 800 metric tons of fertilizer as part of a business deal in Hebei Province. Chang Jiang’s experience will enable him to effectively deal with government and other future partners.
