Entrepreneurial endeavours include 6 exits: founded a software company which he sold after 8 profitable years; grew a telephony-related call center solutions company from zero software revenue to $50M; raised capital and directed a start up into mobile apps for events resulting in exponential growth, becoming the worldwide gorilla in this market.

Neil graduated from Queen’s University and joined Arthur Anderson where he completed his Chartered Accounting designation. Involved in high tech most of his career, most recently he was CFO of LMI Technologies for the last 14 years where he was the lead negotiator in its $50M acquisition in 2013. LMI provides non-contact laser sensors and systems for measurement and control of industrial systems and robotics.

Patrick has pursued a career in wireless technologies by working for large mobile service providers such as Bell Mobility and Sprint Canada. Over the past 10 years, and most recently, in the capacity as Director of Business Development for Wavefront, Patrick has worked as Sales & Marketing professional, consulting with IT start-ups to help develop and accelerate their go-to-market strategy.

Giulietta started her career as Brand Manager for a large Pharmaceutical firm in Europe after having received a Masters Degree in International Business from the University of Amsterdam. In 1995 she moved to Canada and worked as Marketing and Communications specialist for various SMB Hi-Tech firms helping companies to develop and facilitate their strategic marketing objectives, expand their markets and develop their brands.

With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, Craig brings to FusionPipe a strong background in leading and building software development teams, managing the entire software development lifecycle, and designing and delivering high quality software solutions to large enterprises. Working at various companies like Sierra Wireless and Smith Micro Software, the majority of Craig’s experience was gained in the wireless industry.

Nick has a strong background in building & managing partnerships, alliances and sales channels leading technology companies across EMEA and North America. His in-depth technical expertise formed in his early years of his career in engineering, technical support, and service management, provides him with a unique viewpoint when working with partners helping to provide comprehensive authentication solutions for customers worldwide.
