Company Summary

Over 50% of all renter households are in the "unaffordable" category, based on the proportion of income spent on housing. Our mission is to overcome these failings and introduce balance to the rental market renters and suppliers.

Furiocity is a platform for tenants and property stakeholders that will automatically segment tenants based on relevant characteristics in order to apply group purchasing power towards rent reduction.

    1 c0d3. I also build and advise startups. I'm immersed daily in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C# and SQL. I build and optimize software on the Microsoft and LAMP stacks (SharePoint, SQL Server, PHP, MySql). I've developed for iOS, Android and Firefox smartphones using HTML5, Angular and NoSql; coded Automatic Teller Machines and hand-held Point of Sale devices using embedded C; hacked the UI of Nokia flip-phones using plain old HTML.
