We are an American Italian restaurant; meaning we will be serving Italian food and dishes with respect but using where possible local American products and using our own twists. The model for this restaurant is for all the ordering to be done by the customer from self order kiosks for take-out and ipads for sit down service. This model is the next obvious step for the restaurant industry to save on front of the house payroll costs.
