Coming from an accomplished technical background (BEng, MPhil) in electronic engineering and systems design Ralf's entrepreneurial ambitions were endorsed and his business skills honed by the Royal Society of Edinburgh and Scottish Enterprise through an MBA equivalent business training program. As founder he has taken the company from concept to successful market launch and attracted in excess of £1M of equity investment in the process.

David is a CFO and company chairman with broad experience in all aspects of governance, financial, commercial and strategic management, interested in early-stage start-ups as well as companies able to change their value significantly. Following a Law Degree and Chartered Accountant qualification, he worked in IT systems before moving into a number of challenging roles where the commercial imperative of tight financial discipline was sharpened.

Ryan leads all business development, marketing and operations for Funky Moves, Inc., the US subsidiary of Funky Moves Ltd. He is an entrepreneur with extensive hands-on experience in global business development, marketing strategy, product development and market launches within the health, fitness and physical medical device sectors. Throughout his career he has co-developed and launched over 100 fitness and medical device related products.

Mike Hansen is a 15 year industry veteran in the health, fitness and technology markets. With roots and a solid foundation in the fitness industry, he has transformed his work into the technology sector. He has built and led several ventures through multi-million dollar innovation including a hi-tech streaming media company and the largest active gaming company, which was a Top 100 by Entrepreneur Magazine.
