As an experienced innovator Henri has developed a number of software and web projects, among them the well-known platforms like Arenguidee.ee and Rahvakogu.ee.

René has more than 20 years of experience in software development and leading development teams. The popular web content management software Saurus CMS and community management platform Community Tools were developed under his leadership, not to mention tens of mission-critical websites at the software developing company Wunderkraut.

Anne is Fundwise’s legal angel and has 14 years of experience consulting in business law. She is an entrepreneur, business angel and lectures in many universities. During the past three years she has also spent a considerable effort on making legal know-how more accessible to startups by setting up various models and platforms related to legal need.

Head of Law Firm Deloitte Legal OÜ, attorney-at-Law Merit Lind (LL.M, Cambridge) deals with financing, commercial and business law issues, especially in the information technology sector, including with matters of intellectual property. Merit is also the head of the newly established Crowdfunding Workgroup created under the umbrella of Finance Estonia.

Dea has 20 years of work experience in media, PR, marketing communications & international relations. She started her media career at 15 being one of the youngest journalists working for various national newspapers in Estonia. Dea is a tech & startup enthusiast and has worked at several startups, she also tries to squeeze in co-editing one TV show per year.

As a consultant to social enterprises in cooperation with colleagues Toomas has developed several widely used tools for evaluation of social impact and has helped several organisations to develop new business models. As a trainer he is advising and training top experts to train and supervise their colleagues in advanced knowledge based fields. Toomas is BA in Political Science from University of Tartu.
