Michael has more than 20 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial success in the technology sector as Managing Partner of the Americas division of Corporate Finance Partners, an international mergers and acquisition firm, and the former CEO of AeonWare, an e-commerce software firm, and Wireless Fire, which focused on the growing field of mobile entertainment.

Giovanni is co-founder and VP Corporate Development at Funding Wonder. He is a successful entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in corporate finance and SMBs as Managing Partner of Corporate Finance Partners and as GM of SIEI America Inc., an SMB in the automotive industry. Giovanni previously formed a multimedia company, a software development/e-commerce company in Europe and a wireless entertainment company in the US.

Alan is co-founder and COO of Funding Wonder. Alan has extensive experience in taking companies from early conceptual stage to significant market player as Managing Director of Digital Entertainment Ventures, a venture fund focused on high growth, early stage companies, the former CEO of both a digital media distribution company and a cable television network, and an executive at MTV.

Sebastian is co-founder and CFO at Funding Wonder. Prior to founding Funding Wonder, Sebastian served as Vice President at Corporate Finance Partners in Miami, FL and San Francisco, CA. He has more than ten years’ experience in investment banking and global financial markets. During his time at Corporate Finance Partners, he worked on 14 successful M&A and financing transactions with a total volume of more than $630m.
