To reduce unemployment and the skills shortage and maintain them at low levels by building relationships with Employers, unemployed, Training Providers, Funding Agencies and the Work Programme and Recruitment Agencies. We identify jobs and job skills from the employers; train the unemployed supplied by the Work Programme and Recruitment Agencies using the Training Providers and liaising with the Funding Agencies to pay for the training.
