Andrew is an electrical and software engineer and a PRINCE2-certified project manager from Uganda. He is a successful entrepreneur with a startup that builds enterprise management software for higher education institutions in Uganda and East Africa. Andrew is the Chief Operating Officer of FrostGear and his primary responsibilities include project management and development of the electronics and controls of our product.

Derrick is a biomedical researcher from Taiwan with experience in consumer product marketing. Previous laboratory experience includes cancer and stem cell research. Derrick is the Chief Science Officer of FrostGear and his primary responsibilities include medical research, temperature sensation simulation, and thermal comfort testing.

Zack is a mechanical engineer from New Jersey. His previous experience includes renewable power generation and energy efficiency consulting. Zack is the CEO and CTO of FrostGear and his primary responsibilities include product design of heat transfer components and manufacturing.
