Co-FounderA graduate of West Point, Tim served 5 ½ years in the Army, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan for a total of four combat tours. Then he received an MBA from MIT before spending the next five years in investment banking. He first worked at Barclays focusing on debt restructuring and M&A before joining UBS in a sales role selling an enterprise software trading platform.

Co-FounderNaira has 13+ years of applied research experience consulting with multiple industries in the private sector, from financial services, to pharma, retail, oil & gas, and fashion, helping solve business issues through data driven processes. She used applied statistics to shed insights on issues such as M&A, C-suite assessments, retention, and sales. She consulted to gov't agencies and non-profits on multiple issues.
