Company Summary

As a 21-year United States Air Force combat veteran, I knew my next phase would be to use my skills of leadership, innovation and adaptability towards the creation of my own company.

Sitting in a hotel room putting my 3 kids to sleep, I saw the antiquated, wired phone in the room by the bed and knew there had to be a better way. So we built FrontDesk Connect.

But we didn't build this system alone. FDC is paired up with the University of Memphis Crews Center for Entrepreneurship and the Kemmons Wilson School of Resort and Hospitality Management. We also have worked closely with industry leaders at the Peabody of Memphis to design a system that seamlessly enhances the hotel ops without adding personnel or hardware/software.

Now, we have completed the technology and are actively acquiring clients. We are a few hotels from self-sustaining at a minimum level. But we are highly interested in investors and strategic partners excited to help expedite our growth in the marketplace.
