Mr. Jernigan has an incredible lifetime of being responsible for developing, sourcing and bringing to market over 3,000 products for some of the world’s premier companies including Gunthy-Renker, The Franklin Mint, Coca-Cola and more. Having lived in Asia for over 7 years he has tremendous relationships for building great products at minimal cost. Jim also has an extensive back ground in marketing as well.

Mr. Armstrong has been our CFO since 2011. Previously he spent 11 years as CFO of Three Palms. LLC where he managed and oversaw all accounting and reporting for some 40 hedge funds that grew to some $4 Billion prior to 2008. He was also Assistant Treasurer for Nu-West Industries Inc., a publicly traded company. Here received his B.S. in B.A. from Ohio State University in 1984 and went to work for Deloitte and Touche in Denver Co.

Peter has had a long and decorated carrier in packaging and marketing both as a free-lance artist and working on accounts for some of the world’s largest companies including, Coors, Pepsi, The GAP and many more. Peter is constantly learning from what has been done and looking for the new and better way to bring a unique and fresh look and message to all packaging and marketing pieces. He is a remarkable addition to our team.

Matt has led and managed sales for health clubs from small to more than 60k+ sf facilities. Having done both residential and commercial equipment sales and purchasing has given him a great understanding of both sides of the industry. He’s currently on the Colorado Fitness Advisory Board, has worked with over 400 personal clients and continues to work with over 150+ clients around the country within his personal training business.

Amy is a dedicated, passionate fitness professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the sports and fitness world as well as trade-show organizer. She has forged a great understanding for the industry and continues to seek advancement and application for her knowledge. She not only has a great understanding and handling of all aspects of trade-show coordination, but comes from a family of event coordinators from the Silicone Valley.
