Humberto MoranDr
MD and founder. Humberto has previously set up a software company in his native Venezuela before moving on to work in both consultancy and management roles for a variety of large multinationals. After completing his MBA at Cambridge University he spent a year working on RFID at the AutoID centre. Humberto also holds a PhD in Business and Economics and a degree in Computer Engineering, and is a certified privacy expert to the European Commission.

Alexandra KomissarovaDr
Director and founder. Alexandra started out on a predominantly scientific career, holding an MA and a PhD in Natural Sciences, but left science after becoming interested in the idea of Friendly Technologies. She previously co-founded a charity promoting open source software and since founding Friendly Technologies has worked hard in a variety of roles ranging from administration and PR to company director.

Director and chairman. Charles is an independent consultant and an investor and director in start-ups and early stage companies, and has worked with GEC and Accenture, where he was in charge of the UK supply chain business.

Richard DarlingMr
Director. An experienced angel investor, Richard co-founded Codemasters with his brother David. Sold to Balderton Capital in 2007, Codemasters is a British videogame development and publishing company which they built up from a bedroom enterprise into one of the best known games developers in the world. In 2008, the brothers were awarded a CBE for their contribution to the British software industry.
