FOAF is a data/crowd sharing site for friends (to 3 degrees) to find and catalog trusted reviews, referrals, resource listing and sharing (MyFOAF) and introductions (MeetFOAF). This solves problems inherent in stranger-based sites which include misinformation, fraud, scams, violence and loss of information/integrity.
