Nora is an artist by interest not education. She is responsible for concocting Fresabella's bouquets and products in collaboration with Marwan. Together they have devised a manuals and training system for training the staff to deliver new products.

Salma is our most popular member. She is the main Fresabella interface. She manages customer service including order taking, customer complaints and feedback. Salma has a very lively personality and is instantly loved by our customers most of which are females. She creates a personable customer experience for Fresabella’s customers many of whom sometimes refuse to make an order with anyone but Salma.
