We produce unique gourmet food items with a French theme. Our creations are handcrafted, as natural as possible and contain no preservatives. We have retail and commercial customers for our products and strive to develop and market at least one new delicious item every year.     Working for the French Connection in a variety of analytical and strategic roles since its inception, Jacob has both a BS and MBA in Marketing Management and 12 years of customer service and sales experience.

    President and Head Chef

    Lori has been involved in the gourmet food industry since the 1970s, and has successfully launched or helped run several restaruants and other ventures. Her French inspired desserts are the heart of the French Connection.
