He earned his M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in electronics from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

As CEO of Community Care Systems, Fred grew US and Europe healthcare services to $85MM. As Director, Marketing and Bus. Development at AliMed he grew sales to >$90MM. Recently, as Manager International Business Development at ThermoGenesis he grew their EMEA distribution sales by 200%. He has a BS from Boston Univ, a Certificates in Finance from Stanford and Planning from Wharton. Fred is a US Army vet with Bronze Star, Purple Heart and Air Meda

Dave has held senior financial management and advisory roles in computer software, life sciences, distribution, and other industries. As CFO, he has raised multiple rounds of financing, and has completed 3 IPO’s. He has worked with firms from start-up to $180 MM in revenue, both fast growth and those in transition. Dave has an MBA from Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
