Kyle has a colorful history in fun and creativity.

Formerly he was the Chief Creative Officer of Giant Thinkwell, a Seattle Techstars company, and has worked with dozens of the world's largest brands on interactive experiences, toys, and electronics.

In 2011, Kyle was awarded Seattle 2.0's "Best Startup Designer", and is deeply embedded in the Seattle startup scene and with Startup Weekend.

He also likes to close deals over ping pong.

His entire technical career has been involved with startups, and has extensive experience as a hands-on development manager, and developer.

He took his last startup through beta, fundraising, product ship, product/market pivots, and acquisition. He has led teams through analysis, feature design, architecture, and implementation of software products, shipping them quickly and effectively.

Former Marketing Coordinator for ACT Theater, and Artistic Director of SketchFest Comedy Festival, Clayton is a champion of the arts and knows how to corral the masses.

He has a background in comedy, marketing, children's education, and physics.
