Chris brings 30+ years in technology sales and a FinOps background in cloud cost attribution, the closest existing discipline to attributing AI cost. At Fractio, he built our go-to-market playbook and close framework, and leads our Phase 4 sales cycle with mid-market and enterprise professional services firms.

Nisha is an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner with 10+ years in healthcare technology. She defined product strategy for a telehealth platform, and led eMAR teams to a 40% reduction in medication errors and $2M+ in annual savings. At Fractio, she manages the roadmap, build pipeline, and release schedule, bringing experience shipping regulated, workflow-critical systems where accuracy and auditability matter.

Joey is a senior developer advocate with 15+ years building technical communities and content, and he actively builds with AI agents, LLM APIs, and MCP servers. He leads Tampa Bay's largest developer communities (6,000+ members) and has grown engagement to 20K+ monthly readers. At Fractio, he drives top-of-funnel demand generation, including co-hosting our Enlightened Fractionals podcast.

Jonathan is a systems and informatics engineer with 10+ years building software, web, and mobile products for US companies, plus 4+ years on research and simulation platforms that informed local government decisions. As Fractio's tech lead, he owns backend and AI architecture (Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL), turns our roadmap into technical specs, and led our move to React Native.

Noah is a full-stack developer who has built Fractio since February 2024, after working as a UX developer at OpenOcean. He built Fractio's MVP and our Stripe Connect settlement rails, which make Fractio the merchant of record for every verified transaction. He rebuilt Stripe Connect from scratch when an outside vendor's integration failed.
