Four Winds is a Alaska Native and Native American Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center. Alaska Natives and Native Americans have the highest addiction rates of any race. Funding will be put into our Outpatient Center and rolled into our Intensive Outpatient Center with 200 Beds.     Captain Dorlynn Simmons, MSSW, LMSW, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Indian Health Service/Mescalero Service Unit. She is a Captain with the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service since 1993. She is an enrolled member of the Mescalero Apache Tribe and is the first and only officer from Mescalero serving in the Commissioned Corps.
