Chase has craft beer sales experience working at a premier craft beer wholesaler in NY; and two years professional brewing experience at NEBCO. He holds a brewing degree from the highly accredited American Brewers' Guild, a B.S. in Business Economics and Marketing, and is also a Certified Cicerone.

Lead Brewer at NEBCO, with over four years of brewing experience. He holds an international diploma of brewing sciences from Siebel Institute/Doemen's Academy and has an Associate's Degree from Johnson & Wales University in culinary arts. He has seven years’ experience as sous chef at Stonebridge Restaurant in Milford, CT as well as experience at a Four Seasons Resort, four-star location in West Palm Beach, FL.

Sebastian D'Agostino is a brewer at NEBCO with over four years of brewing experience. He holds an International Diploma of Brewing Sciences from VLB in Berlin, Germany. He has an Associate's Degree from Norwalk Community College in Hospitality Management. He has three years’ experience working in a restaurant/catering group in Rowayton, CT.

Sean O'Neill is a Craft Beer Portfolio / Liaison Manager at one of Connecticut's premier Craft Beer Wholesalers, Drinx Unlimited Inc. with over six years of sales/marketing experience in the craft beer industry. Two of those years he was a State Brand Ambassador for Cisco Brewers from Nantucket, MA. He has a Bachelor's Degree of Business Science from the School of Business at The University of Connecticut, with a focus in Entrepreneurship.
