Company Summary

In response to the passage of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act by Congress in March of 2010, Founders Health Alliance has been established and is developing the next generation of affordable, comprehensive, privately owned health care and wellness plans specifically for the 6-million (equates to 1/2 the entire U.S. work force) small to medium-sized U.S. businesses (2-500 employees), their employees and families.

    Founder

    Basic capitalism, free-market principles, along with sovereignty, security and individual freedoms provide the fundamental driving forces behind Limbaugh’s effort to lead a consortium of proven health care industry experts and consultants, in designing and producing viable alternatives to health care plan access by small business. He attended the University of Missouri and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from S.E. Missouri State University.

  • Susan Carpenter

    Susan provides over 20 years of innovative design and implementation of employee benefits serving clients with 2 to 10,000 employees in a variety of industries. She is a nationally recognized speaker on the Impact of the Health Care Reform Act and is a recipient of 2003 Woman Owned Business of the Year by the St. Louis Small Business Monthly magazine. She received her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.

  • Beth Schulte

    Beth is a licensed CPA with 25 years experience in accounting and financial management - specializing in advising start up businesses and health care organizations. She has extensive experience in financial analysis, business management, strategic planning, contracts, valuation and proformas for hospitals, clinics and physicians groups and managed service organizations. Beth received her MBA in Finance, St. Louis University School of Business.

  • Gregg Dippold

    A former member of the United States Army, Gregg provides extensive IT and Systems consulting experience with in depth knowledge of operational business functions and impact of information technology on business processes, productivity and growth. He coordinates systems design and architecture covering infrastructure, security, networks and applications and risk management. Gregg received a B.S., Marketing from Missouri State University.
