    Kamal Shah, Founder and CEO, has 18 years of experience building products and companies. Before founding FotoNotes, Kamal was the Founder and CEO of Invu Technology for seven years. Prior to that he served as Chief Architect at venture-backed enterprise software companies Wakesoft and Smashcast. Kamal has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Toronto.

    Michael DeLapa has 12 years of executive-level technology experience. Michael co-founded Arena Solutions, an enterprise SAAS company.
