Company Summary

FCN currently provides grantwriting services & compiles research around child welfare legislation & statistics. We would like to transition from consulting services into a social networking company whose main objective is to use technology to develop Mobile Apps that will connect Alumni of the Foster Care System (approx. 12 mill) and make access to up-to-date child welfare data/trends easy for agencies, universities and community organizations.

    Founder and CEO

    Shalita O’Neale is the Founder and CEO of FCN and Founder and Executive Director of Baltimore-based, Maryland Foster Youth Resource Center. She graduated from UMCP with a BA in criminology in 2004 and is currently seeking her MSW at UMB. In October 2013, she was honored as one of Baltimore Magazine’s 40 Under 40. Mrs. O’Neale is also a member of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s 2013 Leadership Program and serves on the Board of Legal Aid Bureau.
