He first worked at Tenderfoot Katie’s at Taos Ski Valley. Then at La Posada. He also worked as a cook at Sonic Drive-In. Then at The Wildcat Restaurant. From 06 to 08 he attended the Culinary Institute of Platt College while working as a kitchen manager for Oklahoma City Public Schools and received his Associate of Science degree in the field of Culinary Arts. Then he worked at The Sandwich Company, The Rodeo Grill and The Bombing Range Café.
