We own an industrial property in Kitchener. Our plan is to expand the property to include a waste transfer station and soil recycling facility. Tenants, who are associated companies provide the waste and soil for processing. Our goal is to divert 60% of debris from landfills. Our customers are home and commercial builders, demolition contractors, waste removal companies, remediation and petroleum contractors.
