Mr. Welch has over 18 years experience in the transportation industry. He started as a company driver learning the industry and within 2 years purchased his first truck and became an independent contractor. Since then Mr. Welch has been involved in many aspects of the industry, increasing his knowledge and striving towards his ultimate goal of owning his own fleet of trucks. The oil & gas industry provides the challenge that drives him.
