    After graduating with honors from the California Culinary Academy, San Francisco, Joe co-founded Cosmopolitan Catering. After growing the business to over $15M in revenue he exited and began consulting in 2015. Joe is an expert in foodservice management, food business growth and mentorship.

    Co-Founder and COO

    Marci graduated from Santa Clara University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. An expert in foodservice marketing, event planning and management consulting. She drives program and participation with impeccable service standards of operation.
