Jimmy has taken his career to a new level and served as Lead Chef to celebrities on the Home Shopping Network. He quickly became the professional food stylist for Chef Emeril Lagasse, Chef Todd English, and Chef Wolfgang Puck. He does all of the on-air show demos and shoots all promo work as the Sous Chef with Todd English. Jimmy is part of the Emeril Brand, working as part of a culinary team that has been with Emeril for 20 years.
