Company Summary

The Food Factory will enhance the rich role of food in Delray Beach. It will provide both a market for artisanal, hand crafted food products. Food producers and local farmers will be provided both the production facilities and an architecturally rich environment to vend their wares. Customers will consist of chefs and retail buyers seeking high quality, locally sourced, lovingly prepared food products, creating jobs and generating profits.

Notable employers include Hilton Hotels and Ditka Restaurants. Highly skilled in guest and customer relations and is a proponent of sustainable practices, particularly in the local environment. Completed a BS in Business at Indiana University
