FOCUS Foods will solve this with aquaponics, a sustainable system for growing fish & produce. The fish waste fertilizes the plants. We’ll be a B2B farm selling to groceries/restaurants. We have a prototype & first customer. We’ll build our pilot farm next to a Shop Rite - nearly eliminating transportation/distribution costs/emissions.
