A young chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California. Has worked in Hawaii, Los Angeles, Hollywood, Houston TX, Oklahoma City and has an incredible passion for innovating new food items.

Derrick has an incredible work ethic working in the aircraft industry for the better part of 10 years and always having a passion to be in the beverage industry. Derrick's dream has always been to own a bar.

Jason is the new sous chef under the direction of Kenneth Buff who has worked with Jason in the past operating a catering business in Wichita, KS. Jason has had the opportunity to grow as a chef by paying close attention to detail and being able to learn while maintaining a full-time job and daughter in the process.

Graduate of Kansas State University Hospitality Management program. Has worked in many areas of the hospitality industry and has ample experience managing kitchens and food service operations. Has experience as a bartender and is very passionate about the food and beverage industry.
