We are a culinary management team who found the opportunity to start a venture on the Lake of the Ozarks. Executive Chef Kenneth Buff has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu and Eric Pierce the general manager has a Hospitality Management degree from Kansas State University. Both educational institutions are in the top tier of each respective industry. Our motto is "Fresh, Local, Seasonal" which means we will incorperate fresh seasonal items.
