We are a small Japanese ramen business, and sell our own brand of dried ramen / tsukemen / udon noodles. The end goal is to obtain a food truck to enable travel throughout the United States to tour and serve our products. In addition, we would need access to a commercially-licenced kitchen to prepare and store the product when not traveling.
