Dan has a deep understanding of the real estate market. He started his career as a superintendent with a Fortune 50 builder, leveraged that experience to buy and sell over 100 units for himself - $20mm of apartments and SFRs. Dan also spent 3 years working in investment sales at a major CRE brokerage firm. He was rookie of the year salesperson there and closed over $50mm in deals during that period. He holds a BBA from U of North Texas.

Thys has nearly 10 years of experience developing and managing commercial real estate projects, representing over $100mm in deal volume, including destination resorts, residential subdivisions and office property. As a broker he has closed over $20mm in deals. Thys holds an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance from a top tier program and is equally gifted with a 10 year IRR model as he is at negotiating critical deal points.
