We believe that digital skills are job skills and that every young person, no matter what their background, has the potential to be digitally fluent and take their place in the future economy. Our unique platform combines the teaching of vocational skills with relevant, portfolio-building work experience to place young people into jobs.

    Ian is an experienced trainer, web developer and technical manager with over 16 years experience building the web, working for startups as well as companies like Cahoot, Baxters and Dennis Publishing. He has been lead developer on projects to build major web properties from scratch, including the platforms for The First Post and IGGY, a social learning platform for gifted youngsters by the University of Warwick.

  • With over 13 years experience in working in and running small businesses in the creative and digital sectors, Sinead is an experienced trainer, speaker and author. She founded her digital wellbeing company 8fold in 2010 and launched the Digital Academy, training low income women with digital skills, in 2011. She is a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs, the RSA, and an UnLtd Award Winner.

    Xabier has a combined background in Digital Marketing and Social Media with over five years working in agencies and an ad-tech start-up, following postgraduate education on Marketing Communications by Westminster University. In his career he has been responsible for project management for digital media campaigns for blue-chip companies such as Heineken, Samsung and Tom Tom as well as smaller businesses such as V&A Museum and Swiss Tourist Board.
